Looking for ALL Levels, Hard Working, Responsible Painters for a local growing company with opportunity for advancement. No Experience Needed, Maybe looking for a Career Change Requirements •MUST BE MOTIVATED! •Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record & W-4 •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. •Basic English language skills •Communication •Customer service •Adaptability to change •Positive attitude •Goal-oriented •Organizational skills •Clean-cut - ALL Tattoos must be covered •Extensive knowledge of performing Exterior/Interior work. •Efficient with job/workflow management, with ability to meet quotas. •Operating and maintaining spray machines. Experience with Titan and Graco models is a plus. •Must be able to work efficiently on ladders and know the safety behind using a ladder. •Proficient with all tools of the trade. WILL PAY TOP DOLLAR TO EXPERIENCED, MOTIVATED, REPONSIBLE PAINTERS Basic tools of your own a plus: 4ft or 6ft ladder, hammer, 5-in-1, 3' putty knife, 6' taping knife, mud pan, 2 roller setups (2 rollers, 2 screens, 2 buckets), roller pole (2-4 or 4-8), caulk gun, paint brushes.
