Found cat

Sunrise near Polaris, El Paso TX

Description

Female cat has been at the park for a few days already and has almost gotten hit by cars. Took her to fire department and she's not chipped. If anyone knows who she belongs to please let me know. She's mostly white with black tail, 2 black spots before her ears. She does have a new collar on but no tags.
