We're a successful, family-owned kitchen and bath remodeling company with lots of personality and we need someone to help with site supervision. Must be familiar with construction / remodeling. The majority of your activities would include overseeing bathroom renovation jobs, scheduling subcontractors, customer service, monitoring job progress, creating a 'Scope of Work' and 'Job Checklist', and generally making sure each project flows smoothly. Your hours would be flexible. You would be required to come to the office most days and visit job sites daily. Experience with construction and remodeling required. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have excellent problem solving skills. This is strictly a 1099 position which means hours are flexible and you get to take home 100% of your check each week.
