Texas Hold'em Charity Tournament Benefitting Bert's Big Adventure On Thursday, June 24th, avid poker players are invited to put their card skills to the test during Moondogs' Texas Hold'em Charity Tournament benefitting Bert’s Big Adventure, a nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. Established by famed radio host Bert Weiss of “The Bert Show”, Bert’s Big Adventure also provides year-round support through countless initiatives such as the Reunion Adventures, the Fairy Godparent volunteer program and additional charitable services. Prizes: 1st Place - $400 + Prize 2nd Place - $200 + Prize 3rd Place - $100 + Prize Players looking to give back even more are able to donate $5 to Bert's Big Adventure at the poker table before the tournament begins and receive a 5,000 chip. Guests can also purchase raffle tickets for the chance to win exciting prizes throughout the night. For ages 21 and up, the buy-in is $25 per player.
