Found black/tan chiweenie, heavyset, Male (?). He was running around in the street heading towards Fleur de Lis. Very friendly. There are also huge openings to storm drains and I did not want him to fall in. He has a rabies tag from a vet clinic in VA. I asked a neighbor if she knew who he belonged to and she said she has never seen him. He is in excellent physical condition so I believe he is someone's pet that got out.
