This class will be geared toward those who attend - whether you are a new mom or an experienced mom expecting another - this class is for you! Not only will we be answering any questions you may have, some of our favorite tips and tricks will be shared in hope so make this very exciting but also stressful season as easy as possible. HOSTS: Rhonda Gearing Birth and Postpartum Doula, LLC is a very well known local dula with invaluable experience and advice. Rhonda empowers women and provides physical, emotional, and informational support to mothers before, during, AND after birth, including the weeks following at home. Dr. Courtney Kloes D.C. is the owner and founder of LOTUS & The Wellness Way Osseo with her fiance Dr. Shane Huyser D.C. Dr. Courtney has a strong passion for pregnancy and pediatric specific chiropractic and holistic health. She has trained under some of the best pediatric and family oriented chiropractors in the world.
