Location: Mountain View, CA Job Type: Full Time Category: Household Position: Mountain View Family Seeks Full Time Family Assistant & Housekeeper Schedule: Monday-Friday fixed morning and afternoon hours with remainder flexible, occasional weekend and occasional overnight Salary Amount or Range: $35,000, health insurance, detached casita living (bedroom & bathroom), PTO Children: Infant (9 weeks) Pets: French Bulldog, Maine Coon Cat DESCRIPTION We are a family of three (plus two pets) new to Mountain View, CA and are looking for a full time family assistant and housekeeper to join our household. The ideal candidate will be able to observe any future shelter in place orders. The weekly duties of this position are as follows: -weekly deep cleaning -weekly plant watering -weekly meal prep (four dinners per week) -weekly grocery shopping -weekly laundry -biweekly French bulldog bath The daily duties of this position are as follows: -light childcare (infant daycare drop offs and pick up with stroller) - only 0.4 miles from daycare! -light housekeeping -dog walking -pet care The as needed duties of this position are as follows: -Back up/sick childcare (rarely one parent would travel and the other would have an overnight shift) -Babysitting (date nights!) -Shopping, errands, vet visits -Dog & cat sitting while away -Travel nannying Experience Requirements: -nanny experience -experience working in a private home -verifiable references -clean background check -driving not an absolute requirement but a plus -must have an up-to-date license or passport to get to our home located on a NASA Airfield -fluency in Spanish a plus RESPONSIBILITIES -Deep cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen, windows -Daily cleaning: Clean up breakfast dishes, take out garbage/recycling/clean trash bins when needed, make beds, clean bathrooms, put away toys, and help us maintain our organized house -Understand the general caretaking and maintenance of household appliances Skills: -Attention to detail -Organized -Easy going and friendly -Team player We look forward to hearing from you!!!
