Owners of a 6-unit building need a short-term property manager to coordinate handyman services for 2 of the 6 units, post notices to tenants for when the work is to be done, communicate and document progress and completed work. During this time, may need to ensure that grounds are maintained (no trash left out, etc.) Handy-person experience a PLUS. In addition, must coordinate with city inspectors to clear code violations related to work. This is a 1 - 2 week super part-time gig.
