We created the Pathways program to foster community and provide opportunities for families dealing with dementia to socialize and stay active," says Jennifer Schranz, LCSW, CDP, associate director of care and support at the Alzheimer's Association. "Whether people are visiting new places or favorite spots, we hope the tours are inspiring." Each month, the Virtual World Tours will explore a new continent. The complete schedule follows.
