Merchandiser: -Faces forward all products distributed -Stock merchandise at all assigned accounts using proper rotation techniques to ensure product freshness -Maintains back room stock where available -Provides consistency of service and dependability -Interacts with internal and external customers with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy -Seek and pursue additional selling opportunities at retail accounts and communicate to Supervisor -Maximize and utilize available selling areas and make products more appealing -Maintains all signage, POS, and shelf tags and processes requests as needed -Communicate problems via telephone/text, verbal, e-mail, or written reporting to Supervisor -Deliver products orders as required -May be called upon to fill in as Route Sales Relief Driver -Safe vehicle operation, including, but not limited to; AM/PM vehicle inspection reports, visual vehicle inspection (walk around), cleanliness of vehicle, professional, courteous and safe driving techniques -Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor -Monday - Friday WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: -High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience -MUST HAVE valid driver's license and clean DMVR -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; team player mentality -Commitment to excellence and high standards -Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow -Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and deal effectively with a diversity of internal and external customers -Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions -Creative, flexible, and innovative team player -Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm -Acute attention to detail We offer 100% employer-paid health and dental benefits, vision discount program, paid vacation, plus retirement plan with company employer match.
