Driver / Hauler/ (potential assistant manager/supervisor ) About You: You must be clean-cut, highly motivated, and able to communicate effectively with our valued customers. You must also be physically fit and able to lift substantial weight. Added bonus if you have experience driving a small truck and/or moving. This is a DRIVING POSITION, if you do not meet the below insurance requirements you will not be considered for the position. CDL not required. ABOUT THE JOB: Our In-Home Service Professionals are the important front-line folks of our business. Successful candidates will: • Provide professional and top-notch experience to our customers through the client lifecycle. • Problem solve customer issues, such as customer complaints or scheduling. • Load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with safety guidelines as well as state and local laws. • Carry and dispose of items from residents or businesses and deliver items to donation centers, recycling centers, or transfer stations. • Create a schedule and dispatch the trucks. • Assist Operations Manager/Franchise Owner in all aspects of the operation and business development. • Drive Lugger accountability and report any and all infractions accurately and expeditiously. • Train new employees on Lugger operations. • Assist with all reconciliation of paperwork, hours, and data in the system. • Maintain all trucks and equipment are in good working condition and accounted for. Qualifications and Job Requirements • Three or more years of experience in a customer service role. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Management or supervisory experience is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • High initiative and takes ownership for errors. • Excellent problem-solving skills and can hold employees accountable. • Team player who enjoys working in the outdoor elements and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and getting dirty. • Must able to lift 50 and up to 100 pounds. • Must Pass a Background Check. • Must be a full-time employee and available Saturdays. • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. • Closed steel toe-shoes required • Must wear black/grey pant. A shirt will be provided. PAY: • Hourly rate plus additional incentives • Effective Hourly Rate Ranges between $20-$27/hour (This includes base hourly rate plus incentives) *Inclusive of base hourly wage as well as customer tips and bi-monthly performance bonuses Hours of Operation: • Monday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 6:00 pm (if needed) • Flexible days if looking for part-time/weekend shifts • 30+ hrs to be given dependent on the performance DRIVING REQUIREMENTS: • 25+ years of age • 4+ years of clean Motor Vehicle Record (no violations) • CDL Not Required How to Apply: Email your resume via Craigslist email Interview: The initial interview will be conducted via Zoom Note: This is a position with a temp-to-hire option.
