FLEXIBLE HOURS: EVENING, WEEKEND & DAYTIME Open Interview June 19th From 10am to 4pm SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE Position listed below must be 16 years or older: PARKING ATTENDANT Direct autos into assigned parking areas, provide clean up in parking areas, and assist drivers exiting at the conclusion of events. Must be at least 16 years or older.* TICKET TAKERS Are in constant contact with the Pavilion guests while taking tickets, and providing guest assistance throughout the Pavilion facility. This position entails a great deal of public contact and public relations with Pavilion guests. Experience in these areas is preferable.* All positions listed below must be 18 years or older: SECURITY Ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, as well as preventing theft, disturbance, and infraction of rules. Prepare reports and respond to questions from guests concerning directions and Pavilion services. Deal with guests in a courteous and tactful manner. No experience is required, however, prior employment in a similar or related capacity is desirable. Event Staff must have a valid California Driver's License.* USHER / GUEST SERVICES Are in constant contact with the Pavilion guests while carrying out activities such as ushering, giving directions, providing guest assistance throughout the Pavilion facility. This position entails a great deal of public contact and public relations with Pavilion guests. Experience in these areas is preferable.* ​​GUEST AMBASSADOR Guest Ambassadors look for ways to proactively assist the guest to ensure they have an enjoyable experience. Their job is also to communicate venue information about policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue.​ TICKET SELLERS / CASHIERS Are responsible for monies taken in and for balancing during events at the on-site box office. Prior employment as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.* (CHAIR RENTALS / PARKING Lot Cashier) Are responsible for collecting parking lot fees, Premier Parking fees, directing traffic in the Pavilion parking lot, rental of lawn chairs, and redeeming ticket vouchers. Cashier experience preferred.* BOX SEAT HOST Are responsible for servicing the Box Seats, including seating VIP guests, scanning tickets, assist with the food and beverage orders, and providi for all VIP guests’ needs. Prior employment as a host or in food service is preferred.* CUSTODIAL Perform a variety of general maintenance, clean up and housekeeping duties within the Pavilion facility and grounds. Must be able to work weekdays, evenings and holidays.* BACKSTAGE HOSPITALITY Is responsible for preparing the dressing rooms for the performing artists, setting up catering, and run errands for supplies. Must have daytime availability and be willing to work long hours. Must be able to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs. Food service experience preferred. Must have an excellent driving record and valid California Driver’s License.* STAGEHANDS Performs various tasks as directed by management to prepare or dismantle stage or performance equipment. Loading and unloading trucks or transport vehicles, assembling production equipment on stage. Construction of set pieces, risers, musical equipment. Assist with wiring or assembly of lighting, sound and video. Move furniture, road cases, miscellaneous equipment and any other duties assigned by management.
