There is very little dust and no toxins. •The studio rent includes utilities (water, heat, elec.) Currently there is no wifi. •The studio has a sink. • Existing tenant is open to working in space simultaneously or with an alternating schedule. • No smoking in building. ABOUT THIS LISTER I'm a landscape chalk pastel artist and I'm fully vaccinated. I have been sharing this studio for two years. I am easy-going and looking for another artist interested in creating an open and flexible working environment (without a lot of clutter and/or toxins). RENTAL REQUIREMENTS • $450/month • Tennant would sign a lease with building manger • Building manager will do a credit check before approval • Tennant would agree to 1 year min. rental • Please be able to provide at least one reference
