Hardscape help

I have a small landscape business in Seattle and am looking for some help on permeable paver walkways and driveway. I have 2 other employees but one has family emergency and the other isn’t available this week. This could be one day help or on going for the right person. Must be able to lift/ carry up to 60lbs, have transportation, and be on time. This will most likely be an 8hr day. You don’t need experience but if you do, please explain your experience. Thank you
