A traditional service of morning prayer marking the first day of the Samford's new presidential administration. The presidential transition committee invites the community to join a traditional service or morning prayer marking the first day of the administration of Dr. Beck A. Taylor, the 19th president of Samford University. Beeson Divinity School Dean Douglas A. Sweeney will officiate. A coffee reception will follow on the Hodges Chapel Terrace.
