HILLSIDE ROOFING is in the need of a Talented foreman with crew! Start Next Week! Do you want to be part of a Roofing FAMILY! We are a roofer owned and roofer managed small roofing company. As a professional roofer some of the most frustrating things for you to deal with are having a salesmen sell jobs without the understanding of the scope of work, project managers that have never been installers and don’t understand the challenges that you face in the field, and owners that are disconnected from reality or have that have never been outside of the office setting for more than a few days. We are different! Both of our salesmen have more than 20 years of roofing experience, They manage the project all of the way through the entire process, so they know the project, they wrote the contract between the company and the customer, they have spent time with the customer and understand their needs and concerns, and they mentor our crews. We have year around work and have not sent a crew home from the lack of work in over 10 years. We have the best roofers in the industry and if you work for us you are the best. We are looking to grow our Roofing Family again this year by adding another crew. Do you have a crew? Or are you a crew foreman that is above the rest and are looking for an opportunity to prove it and get paid for it? If so, I want to talk to you. Responsibilities and Duties Be focused on the customers experience Protect the house and landscaping Tear off the existing roofing materials Install the new products to the manufacturer’s specifications Manage jobsite & clean up Communicate with management daily with updates Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
