What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a candidate who is willing to grow with us an become apart of the Wetlands Creation family for years to come. The right candidate will be self-motivated, work well with others, and strive to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally. Additionally, the right candidate will have a full working knowledge and experience working with Heavy Equipment including but not limited to Farm Equipment, Semi-Trucks and Trailers, Fleet Vehicles, and operational tools and small equipment. Safety is also of the utmost importance so the right candidate will have completed first aid training, and/or other Mechanic related safety courses and have course completion certificate(s) or other proof of safety training through a previous employer. Qualifications: Complete knowledge of power train, electrical, and braking systems Experience and knowledge working on hydraulic systems Excellent Communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills Attention to detail Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers Requirements: DOT Certification preferred Valid CDL preferred Clean driving record Valid Automobile Insurance Professional Mechanics Tools Flexible Schedule Work Schedule: Normal Operating Hours are Monday – Friday from 7am – 4pm. However, weekends and nights may be required.
