We offer 60% of every cleaning appointment to our cleaners, guaranteed. Cleaning appointments are charged at a pre-estimated flat rate to the client so our cleaners will always be paid the same agreed upon price for each home. We schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly clients, and one-time cleanings. We provide cloud-based scheduling via HouseCall to all our cleaners so they can stay updated on their schedule and cleaning details for each client. Once a client is added to a cleaner's calendar, it stays for regular cleanings. We meet every two weeks in Maple Valley, WA for payroll which is the only required meeting for everyone on our cleaning team. Job Type: Contract Requirements: - Previous cleaning experience - Minimum 1 year contract - Drivers license and vehicle - Willingness to be a part of our team!
