No experience necessary. $17.00/hour. 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. Hours can be shifted earlier if desired. The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Baker ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands. Great Work Environment: - Small bakery with less than 20 employees - Friendly, supportive, joyful workplace - Plenty of training to ensure the success of every employee - No experience necessary, just a good work ethic and a great attitude - Opportunity for overtime around the holidays Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Understand written and oral directions, recipes, operating procedures, health rules and safety rules. - Please note that NbC recipes are available in English and Spanish. - Understands basic units of measurement used in the U.S. - Perform repetitious, physical tasks that require the strength to lift items up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time. - Operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment. - Use exact measurements, pay attention to timing, and work on a fast-paced production schedule. - Strictly adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards. - Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience in foodservice is a plus.
