Press release from the City of Portland: June 7, 2021 The City of Portland has opened Troubh Ice Arena at 225 Park Avenue as an official cooling center for the rest of today, Monday, June 7, until 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 8 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
