ARLINGTON, VA — Two Arlington shopping centers — Westpost and The Village at Shirlington — are holding a "Summer Shop & Sale" event June 25-27. Stores and restaurants at the two shopping centers will be offering sales and promotions inside their businesses, in the patios, or along the sidewalks. Both shopping centers are owned by Federal Realty. Along with stores and restaurants, Westpost, formerly known as Pentagon Row, features a central plaza and more than 500 apartments above the retailers. The Village at Shirlington is a popular shopping area in South Arlington that includes an AMC movie theater complex, along with Busboys & Poets, Cheestique and many other restaurants and stores.
