Re-Homing 4 year old Yellow Lab

Re-homing great four year old yellow lab. I recently adopted him but he’s having trouble adjusting to life in a city apartment. He was previously living in a rural area where he had a backyard and plenty of space to run around. Even with daily long walks and frequent dog park visits, he has struggled to adjust. He’s an excellent dog, friendly to all people, including kids, and all other animals, currently lives with a cat who he’s always been great around. His new home would have to have a backyard and someone home most of the time. There will be an adoption fee as I want to make sure he goes to a caring home. I’m asking $200. He will come with his bed, favorite toy, food and his food and water bowls. It’s a difficult decision to make but after a lot of consideration, I think it is the right one for him.
