Looking for individual to maintain commercial properties and grounds to include, but not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining parking lot & sidewalks (blow, clean, pressure wash and stripe as needed)
- Wash windows
- Building upkeep (general maintenance, pressure washing, painting, etc.)
- Landscaping (trimming trees and bushes, spreading mulch, planting new plants when needed)
- Changing lightbulbs and A/C filters
- general cleaning inside and out
- Restaurant equipment maintenance a plus
Commercial properties include a restaurant, small strip plaza, retail shopping plaza, and office complex
Hours: 30-40 depending on skill level
Paid Weekly, Meal Discount, Paid Vacation
Requirements:
Valid driver license, dependable transportation (truck preferred), drug test and background check required.
