We are needing a good maintenance man with skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry. We have multiple beach properties and need a person with good problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimal direction at times. We do all aspects of maintenance and sometimes have the need to work at heights of 3 stories on a man lift so ability to operate is a plus. Please send resume via craigslist.
