This is the idea: We set up a babysitting co-op/pod using time as a currency instead of money. So let's say I watch your kids and my kid together for two hours. In turn, you would owe me two hours of babysitting all our kids together. (Or four hours, or eight hours, or whatever) Assuming all the adults are vaccinated and are careful with Covid and kids, this will allow us to work outside the home with FREE babysitting while keeping the children out of daycares.
