This position requires supervision and training of the Operations team, heavy lifting, and previous maintenance/grounds keeping/repair experience. Position is based in Littleton though requires travel throughout all campuses (our van vehicle will be provided for transportation). Duties include: – maintenance of agency facilities – ongoing repairs, upgrades, and remodeling – dry walling and painting: interior & exterior of all facilities – electrical and plumbing in all facilities – carpet cleaning in facilities and vehicles – maintenance of agency vehicles, including checking fluids in vans – lawn maintenance: mowing, fertilizing, planting, trimming, removal, etc. – coordinating and delivering food/supplies, assisting in set-up for special events – assisting in picking-up and storing donations – moving furniture at facilities and storage units – shoveling snow and keeping sidewalks free of hazard – ensuring working areas are safe and hazard free Qualifications: Applicants must be professional, be at least 23 years of age, able to pass a criminal background check, have clean MVR, and hold a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one. Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $46,821 and $52,374. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; flexibility outside of these hours is required.
