Medium size erosion control and/or reclamation company with growing landscape construction division looking for multiple Erosion Control and Landscape Foreman to add to our team for long-term employment. As a foreman you are responsible for leading your crew, therefore the ability to communicate and delegate duties to your crew is a must. Foreman need to be self-driven, goal-oriented, and be able to coordinate, run, and execute large projects in a timely manner with limited management assistance/supervision. All Foreman report directly to the project manager and are required to submit daily reports (AKA Dailies), accidents reports, near miss reports, repair orders, etc. via electronic forms. Must be able to operate trucks and trailers to transport material safely and effectively. Project materials/project tools, company vehicles, equipment both large and small, and rental equipment are also under your care. As a foreman you will be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the company property used. Please be aware that at times you may be required to train your coworkers on proper equipment usage, maintenance and safety. • Must be able to work long hours 5-6 days a week • Work in all types of weather • Able to lift 50+ pounds multiple times a day Additional experience preferred but not required: • Knowledge of material and planting/construction techniques • Able to read plans and do material takes offs WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON SO DON’T BE INTIMIDATED BY SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES Competitive Pay.
