Need an assist, no experience necessary. $17/hr to start, increase after 4 weeks training. Tile and general construction- stick with trade and you can possibly make 60,000 in 6 months, 100+ in a year. The contract also states a quality requirement- the business’s standard not the client’s. An easy task for a true tile professional- less than 1/8” from 4’ level, smallest allowable grout lines from TIA standards, proper install methods for tile and subfloor per manufacturer requirements. Vehicle, tools, and availability all required. All contracts with hard finish dates- 2 days longer than it should take, from a slow installer working by himself. No time for bouncing one site to another- if that’s your plan please don’t respond. I’m originally a contract lawyer and we have been tested before, you will lose in court or by arbitration.
