Emerald Employment is a Cannabis Staffing Agency serving Northern California. Work sites for this position will vary and will be outside the the main towns in the hills. This position will REQUIRE travel. (BONUS: certain sites will provide accommodations, so be willing to stay on-site) WE ARE CURRENTLY HOSTING WALK IN INTERVIEWS EVERY TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 10-2:30 This job is ideal for someone: Dependable/Reliable--shows up and get the job done while continuing the learn the craft of Cannabis Cultivation People Oriented--working side by side (socially distanced) with multiple employees daily completing a wide variety of cultivation tasks Adaptable/Quick Learner--since work sites will vary, each farm will have their own way of doing things, so being adaptable to different procedures is a must Job Duties will vary each day/week: Cloning Soil Work Transplanting Planting Leafing Watering METRC Tagging Trellising Pulling Tarps Building Green Houses Working with irrigation systems General Farm Labor Harvesting Weighing Hanging/Drying Curing Bucking Trimming Pre-Rolling Packaging Labeling and many other odd tasks....
