May 27th (like 10-12) and May 29th (11p to 3am), I was out bar hopping at Brewhouse, Elbow Room, and Frank and Ernies. Does anyone remember this Transgender, 6'2", goth, black kmfdm shirt with a skirt, or a black dress, had a black leather handbag, red/black hair, black-framed glasses, liked long island ice teas, and I think a UWSP student. On the 29th I think they had a blue bike. They also like Natural American spirits or pall mall 100 and had this blue/pink vape. Does anyone know them?
