Shusterman Asks Seniors To Come Out To The Oaks On Thursday

OAKS, PA — Seniors are invited to meet with their state representative, learn about resources and share their concerns as budget time begins in Harrisburg. State Rep. Melissa Shusterman (D-157th) will host a drive-thru senior information fair at the Oaks Expo Center Fairgrounds from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. Attendees will receive goodie bags filled with resource information and handy tools, the representative said. There will also be an opportunity to sign up for a free SEPTA Key Senior Fare Card. "I'm looking forward to connecting with seniors at this socially distanced event so I can bring their concerns and priorities to Harrisburg as we begin budget season," Shusterman said.
