We are a newly licensed OLCC Farm searching for solid workers to add to our crew! We are in search of individuals who are passionate about the Cannabis industry and are eager to learn and grow their knowledge. We are currently hiring for managerial and labor positions. Labor positions must be able to: -Lift 50+ pounds -Have reliable transportation -Follow directions and complete tasks assigned to them -Work well with others -Maintain a positive attitude -Work long, hot days in the sun -Be able to start work early in the morning and show up on time We are in search of a Manager who has: -A strong work ethic and a positive attitude -Experience running successful cannabis farms -Knowledge about cannabis, and the growing process -Experience in IPM management -The ability to efficiently organize tasks and projects as well as delegate tasks to the crew -Organizational skills -The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively (especially repairs and maintenance) Our farm is located in Wilderville, south of Grant's Pass. Individuals must be 21 years of age and have their OLCC workers permit. We do not tolerate drug or alcohol use.
