My husband and I have been hoping to find a rental in the Druid Hill area or close to Pinehurst Elementary School where our sons currently goes to school. We would also consider a rental outside of this are but close like Fruitland. We currently rent a home on Druid Hill Avenue that will no longer be available by September 1st of this year. We have really been losing hope with this markets climate, and just want to stay in our community around friends and family. We are excellent tenants who take great care of the property's we occupy. We are nonsmokers and have no pets. We have great credit and 100% on time payment history and no evictions. Please, if you have anything or know anyone who has something available we would really appreciate your consideration.
