Property Preservation Vendor looking for a sub-contractors to complete work on properties going through the foreclosure process. Looking for coverage in Oskaloosa, Ottumwa, Bloomfield, Fairfield, Mt. Pleasant, Muscatine, Burlington and Keokuk. Work includes grass cuts, winterizations, securing, debris removal and general handy man work. Must have a smart phone to take photos through an app which will be submitted to our client. Previous experience is a plus but not required. Current contractors include landscaping and construction companies looking to expand operations and generate additional revenue streams. **General Liability Insurance Required & Aspen Grove background check will be required** Additional information can be found at
