I have a small 2.5 bedroom rental house in Fairfield that needs repaired asap. Replace floor covering, install doors, repair soffits, replace kitchen cabinets, etc. These are repairs, not new installs. It is very basic work a handyman can do. Electrical, plumbing and heating not needed. Need someone who can work on it full time to meet city deadline for tearing it down. House has sat too long without anyone doing the repairs so city is now serious. Give me a quote for getting the house repairs done. I pay for materials.
