Supervise all activities of the warehouse facility, which includes receiving and shipment of goods, organizing storage, ensure efficiency, and overseeing warehouse employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing all warehouse personnel.
Maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate/manage fulfillment of orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in warehouse lead role managing employees.
GED or high school diploma.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
Exceptional problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
Competent knowledge of warehouse policy and procedures.
Proficient with and able to learn computer software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Lift, carry and push up to 100 lbs.
Bend, stoop, or squat to floor level on a repetitive basis.
Reach overhead to grasp materials.
Climb ladders.
Work outside in temperatures ranging from extreme heat to extreme cold.
Work with mechanical equipment daily.
