You said something funny while I was standing at the counter.. It really was funny, but I couldn't acknowledge the fact. When I turned to see who it said it, I was struck by an overwhelming sense that I'd seen you before. I waited outside while you made your purchases, and when you came out I said, "You look familiar to me." You said, "From where though?" I couldn't place you, and I said "I don't know." I turned and walked to my truck while you hopped into yours and you and your friend took off. We both drive older Chevys. I can't stop thinking about you. Where did I see you? I'm sure you must have thought that I was slightly deranged, and perhaps I am because for all I know, my mind is tricking me and I've never seen you before at all. But, the thought persists. I won't be surprised if later, while I'm giving pleasure to another later, your face comes to mind and certain fantasies dance across my vision. I hope to see you again, but I'm frightened of the possibilities.
