Let's Start a Pop Punk/Alternative Band?

Hey everyone! Recent transplant drummer who moved here after living all over the place the past few years (Dallas, Cleveland, Richmond, Pittsburgh, etc.). Looking to start a pop punk band, writing original songs that sound like The Dangerous Summer, Tigers Jaw, All Time Low, etc. It's been a minute since I've been in a band, between work and life, but I'd like to start something (or join something) that's a 5/10 on the serious scale, plays every couple of weeks, writes an EP, maybe an album, but doesn't let the band interfere with life. I'm in sales and can't commit to much beyond practice twice a week and shows often enough to keep people interested, but wanted to gauge interest. I'm no Travis Barker (who is?), but I love drumming, love writing, love recording, and want to start something thats juuuust serious enough to be passionate about. My job and life comes first. If you're in the same boat, let's talk! Would be great to open for bands coming through and get involved in the local scene.
