Four Seasons is looking for motivated individuals to fill grounds crew positions. --Crew Leaders position available. --Crew Member positions available. Ideal candidates for crew positions will have 2+ years recent experience in the lawn care field. Proficient in operating a zero turn, weed eater, blower, and other hand held equipment. Willing to train the right individuals. Ideal candidate for crew leader positions will have 5-10 years experience in the lawn care field. Proficient in operating a zero turn, weed eater, blower, and other hand held equipment Must know how to drive truck and trailer. Have a clean license. Must know how to manage and operate a crew of 4-6. 40+ hours a week. Most weekends off. Opportunity for quick advancement. Excellent work environment. All jobs sites located in dearborn.
