RHM Real Estate is seeking a full-time maintenance tech who is knowledgeable in all forms of maintenance for an apartmnet construction team located in Cleveland. 5 years of experience in the maintenance field is a plus. Must have knowledge of the following: • Electrical • Painting • Carpentry • Cleaning • Plumbing • HVAC Repair Job Duties Include but are not limited to: • Preparing apartments for future tenants • Keeping property in best maintenance condition • minimize the expenses when possible • Assist residents with maintenance problems • Maintain curb appeal of exterior of building & common areas Competitive hourly wages, benefits that include health, dental,vision, short term disability PLUS company paid long term disability, and life insurance.
