Hiring for apartment maintenance/groundskeeper to join our small maintenance team. Looking for a jack of all trades with minimum 2 years experience in maintenance. This position would diagnose and handle minor, routine tenant maintenance requests, interior & exterior projects, apartment turnovers. Maintain appearance of all buildings. Look after gardens/landscaping. Skills to complete the following are necessary: Light electrical Drywall repairs Stairs, gates, fence repairs Plumbing (clearing drains, repairing leaks, replacing fixtures) Basic tile work Apartment painting, common area paintwork Must be able to lift 50 lbs Gardening/landscaping Additional Requirements Valid Drivers license Must be able to work with minimal supervision Ability to communicate clearly with other team members and tenants Be available for rare after hours emergency Have own tools, transportation We offer a nice, friendly working environment.
