I used to do 95% of the work planning, cultivating, planting, weeding, harvesting, cleaning, cold storage, food prep, packaging, delivery, marketing and sales for the many organic plants grown here. Too old. Its your turn! This is a minimum 10 mo/yr job (slow only Dec Jan) with three planting seasons. You would be responsible for the sales that generate your income. This is NOT a learner's position. This is NOT a guaranteed hourly wage.
