Need help digging for plumbing

Need help ASAP. Have a small gig for a capable person to dig about 6ft L x 3ft W x 5ft depth to fix a plumbing issue. Will provide hand tools for digging. Since there are some main water and other lines there, digging with machines will cause a big issue so need help digging manually. (Need to expose the pipe as shown in the pic)
