JOB DESCRIPTION: We currently have full-time openings for pressure washing/soft washing technicians at our location in Norcross, GA. These jobs require the accessing & cleaning of roofs, building exteriors, windows, and flatwork such as driveways and sidewalks for single-family homes, apartments, and commercial buildings. Experience in softwashing and/or pressure washing (professionally), roofing, siding, gutters, or other construction trades requiring gas powered equipment and ladders is highly preferred, but not mandatory. COMPENSATION: • $25/hour, plus 2% of daily income once training is completed • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 2 weeks of paid vacation EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: • Must be comfortable working on roofs and ladders • Must have a great work ethic • Must be detail oriented • Must excel in a team environment • Must be able to solve problems and perform equipment repairs in the field • Must have an active smart phone in good condition with service from a major carrier • Must have reliable transportation • Must have a clean driving record • Must pass a drug screen • Must pass a criminal background screen HOURS: Typically M-F: 8AM-5PM with some Saturdays and evenings Please respond to this ad by emailing your resume, and a statement as to why you are interested in this job.
