Recently moved to Eugene. Looking to join or start band. I play bass and guitar. Funk, blues, stoner rock, doom, jazz, the avant-garde. Hendrix, Earthless, basic hiphop beats and afrobeat rhythms, Gov't Mule, Miles Davis, The Meters, Herbie Hancock, Lettuce, Stevie Ray Vaughan, the Allman Brothers, Grateful Dead, Sleep, Electric Wizard, Jimmy Smith, James Brown, Parliament/Funkadelic (I also listen to quite a bit of black metal, and I think blast beats could be used to great effect in other contexts!). I work Mon-Fri, and I'm interested in crafting original material and gigging.
