Tiny kitten needs rescue

Description

we have been bottle feeding this kitten. Her mother wouldn't nurse her. She's much smaller then what her siblings were. (Size of a 4 week old kitten but is actually 8 weeks old) she ate great until about 5 days ago. She threw up 2 times, and has bad stools. We bought kitten milk replacement and she was suckiling drinking well until 2 days ago. I'm trying to find a actual rescue that will actually help her not put her to sleep.
