Reform California is looking for paid Field Organizers to join the 2021 Reform California Team! Field Organizers will have an opportunity to help with organizing efforts across the county. Become a fighter in the battle for conservative reform in San Diego County! Reform California is looking for Field Organizers who are able to perform door to door and signature petition gathering operations in San Diego County. Field Organizers will set up tabling programs to collect petition signatures, walk door to door utilizing a walk application on their smartphone, and help manage volunteer operations. Field Organizers will be paid bi-weekly. Excellent for anyone seeking part-time or temporary work. Major Duties Walks door to door collecting petition signatures Set up tabling at storefronts to gather petition signatures Gathers data via a walk application Works closely with team leaders to ensure accountability and quality control Disclaimer: These job duties are not all-inclusive. Basic Qualifications Speak, read, and write in English Maintain a clean and professional appearance The ability to work successfully in a team Strong interpersonal skills High ethical standards Must possess an iOS or Android cell phone High School diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications Previous canvassing experience Multi-lingual Associates degree/professional certificates Job Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement Must possess a valid driver’s license
