Onsite Maintenance Technician Specific duties include, but are not limited to: emptying/cleaning trash receptacles and other routine cleaning tasks. Maintenance includes landscape maintenance, replacing light bulbs, shoveling sidewalks, emptying trash, exterior building maintenance like painting, fencing, etc. Physical requirements include but are not limited to lifting, pushing 75 pounds; crawling into tight spaces, climbing stairs, and ladders, trash handling for dumpsters, and knowledge to work safely. The educational requirement is a high school diploma or the equivalent. Knowledge in all building repair/janitorial trades and experience in janitorial painting and repair procedures are preferred. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have at least one (1) year of building maintenance/janitorial experience or experience in related building trades consisting of repairs/carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing, refurbishing, cleaning, heating. This is a full-time position and includes benefits. You must be able to pass a background check. Work hours will be Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 starting pay is $16.00 an hour with a possible increase after 30 days depending on performance.
