This is Wanda! She is a special needs dog, estimated at about 7 to 9 years old. She was found wandering the streets near my work, a veterinary clinic, in Chico. She is the sweetest, most loving little dog you will ever meet. She loves everyone she gets to meet and adjusts well to dogs and cats. I have been fostering her for about 3 weeks and she and my dogs get along great. We are working on potty training and she is already crate trained! She does great in the car and would love nothing more than a yard to explore and a warm lap to lay in. A few belly rubs and extra treats wouldn't hurt either! Wanda's hair is growing back in nicely, she has been treated for allergies and fleas and is putting weight on steadily. She will need someone with a lot of love and patience and preferably another little furry friend to play with! Her back legs don't work quite like other dogs' but she gets around just fine, it just takes her a little longer.
