The mission of our truck inventory specialist is to provide 5 Star Service to all Radiant Technicians and other team members because they are your customers! To ensure that our field staff can do their jobs as efficiently as possible by stocking and auditing all fleet on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities: Cycle counts weekly Label & stock new vehicles Audit, clean, prep vehicles at employee terminations Facilitate curbside orders for staff, in conjunction with purchasing team Drive company vehicles to various locations - pick up’s & drop off’s Act as back-up for Delivery Drivers, as needed Assist Logistics Management with various tasks Requirements: HS Diploma/GED preferred Driver's license with a clean MVR 1+ year of plumbing, drains or HVAC experience preferred 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred 1+ years of inventory monitoring, weekly cycle counts experience preferred Must be able to accurately type at least 30 WPM on average Industry related parts knowledge is preferred Passionate about Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning and loves the brand Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions Quick, sound decision-making abilities Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Able to work Full Time Mon-Fri 7am-3:30 schedule
